San Antonio Online 311

If you are attacked by a dog and need medical attention, make certain to tell the ER Doctors about the dog, where it lives and anythng else you can recall

If you or your pet are threatened by a dog, call the Police and file a report.  This creates a public record. Then call 311 and make a report, this notifies Animal Care Services.

To report stray dogs in your neighborhood, you should take a couple of messures:
- First Call 311 and report the dogs and the location. If the dogs are threatening anyone, report that as well. Be certain to get a 311 complaint number.
- Second, Take a photo if you can. This will identify the exact dog(s)
- Third, Email the owner's address, description of the dog, 311 complaint number, photo and whether the dog is aggressive to bhana@everettives.com.

The director of ACS has agreed to expidite these complaints when submitted this way.  Also, ACS has begun to monitor BHANA's Facebook page so your posts about dogs on Facebook get noticed.

You can also use the City of San Antonio 311 App on your smart phone to make reports.
